Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will handle customer inquiries, support sales and memberships, and keep the site clean and safe while helping optimize vehicle flow.

Starting pay is competitive with room for bonuses; eligibility for benefits is noted, and the team promotes from within for leadership growth. This position is on-site and requires weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform arithmetic calculations at an eighth-grade level.
• Flexible availability to cover evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Customer interaction with best-in-class service, addressing inquiries promptly.
• Sales support using on-site tablet and assist with membership growth.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and operations.
• Help optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Perform general housekeeping and monitor inventory of chemicals and supplies.
