Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking a friendly Team Member to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will interact with customers, assist with sales initiatives and memberships, keep the facility clean and safe, and help optimize vehicle throughput. The role offers growth opportunities within the company and pays hourly with bonuses.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Sales Support: Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Site Maintenance: Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
• Workflow Optimization: Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Operational Support: Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.
