Job summary

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking aTeam Member to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support daily operations in a fast-paced setting. You will interact with customers, assist with sales and memberships, maintain a clean and safe site, and help optimize vehicle throughput to reduce wait times.

Ideal candidates are 16 or older, with eighth-grade math/reading ability, flexible weekend/evening availability, and the stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Age: At least 16 years old.
• Read, write, and perform arithmetic at an eighth-grade level.
• Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Adaptability to stay calm and follow policies during emergencies.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Customer interaction: provide best-in-class service addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Sales support: use on-site tablet to greet customers and assist with sales and memberships.
• Site maintenance: keep facility, equipment, and grounds clean, safe, and operational.
• Workflow optimization: help minimize wait times and improve customer experience.
• Safety & compliance: follow safety procedures and regulatory standards.
• Operational support: perform general housekeeping and monitor inventory for restocking.
