Job summary

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking a team member to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will interact with customers, support sales and membership initiatives, and help maintain a clean, safe facility with efficient vehicle throughput.

The role requires flexible availability including evenings/weekends/holidays, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with outdoor work and potential exposure to gasoline fumes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Read, write and perform arithmetic at an 8th‑grade level.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays; at least one weekend day.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Greet customers on-site using an electronic tablet and support sales initiatives and memberships.
• Keep the facility, equipment and grounds clean and fully operational.
• Help optimize vehicle throughput to reduce wait times and improve the customer experience.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory standards; perform general housekeeping and monitor inventories.
