Job summary

Nouria Energy's Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking a motivated Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service while supporting daily operations at our Concord, NH location. You’ll interact with customers, assist with sales and memberships, and help keep facilities clean and safe in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to rapid vehicle throughput and a superior customer experience, while following safety policies and ensuring equipment and grounds are well-maintained for daily

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Basic math and literacy at an eighth-grade level.
• Flexible availability incl evenings, weekends, and holidays; at least one weekend day.
• Ability to stay calm and follow policy during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Recite standard greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with sales initiatives and membership growth.
• Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
• Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.
