Qualifications

• Age: At least 16 years of age.
• Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations at an eighth-grade level.
• Availability: Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays; at least one weekend day.
• Adaptability: Stay calm and follow procedures during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Recite standard greetings, assist with sales initiatives and membership growth.
• Ensure facility, equipment and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory standards.
• Perform housekeeping duties and monitor inventory for restocking chemicals and supplies.
