Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Read, write and perform arithmetic at an eighth-grade level.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; one weekend day required.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Recite standard greetings on-site and assist with sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Perform general housekeeping and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.
