Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking friendly Team Members to deliver outstanding customer service and support daily operations. You will greet customers, assist with memberships, and help maintain a clean, safe facility.

Qualifications

• Age: at least 16 years.
• Education: reads, writes and performs arithmetic at an eighth-grade level.
• Availability: flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays; at least one weekend day.
• Adaptability: able to remain calm and follow policies during emergencies.
• Physical: lift up to 50 lbs; work outdoors in varying temperatures; stand, walk, and move around vehicles; exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Recite standard greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with sales initiatives and membership growth.
• Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Perform general housekeeping and monitor inventory levels to restock chemicals and supplies.
