Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking a Team Member to support daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience at our location. You will engage customers, assist with sales and memberships, keep the site clean, safe, and fully operational, and help optimize vehicle throughput to reduce wait times.

The role emphasizes a customer-centric mindset, strong communication, and adherence to safety and procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Age: At least 16 years old.
Education: Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations at an eighth-grade level.
Availability: Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays; one weekend day required.
Adaptability: Remain calm and follow policies during emergencies.

Responsibilities

Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Recite standard greetings and assist with sales initiatives and membership growth.
Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and operational.
Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.
Follow all safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
Perform general housekeeping and monitor inventory for restocking chemicals and supplies.
