You’ll interact with customers, assist with sales and memberships, ensure the site stays clean and safe, and help optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times.

The role requires 16+ years old, basic arithmetic, flexible availability including weekends, and the ability to stay calm and follow procedures during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Age: At least 16 years old.
• Education: Read, write, and perform arithmetic at an eighth-grade level.
• Availability: Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays; one weekend day required.
• Adaptability: Stay calm and follow policies during emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Interact with customers and provide best-in-class service.
• Assist with sales initiatives and membership growth via on-site tablet.
• Keep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean, safe, and operational.
• Help optimize vehicle throughput to reduce wait times.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory standards.
• Perform general housekeeping and monitor inventory for restocking.
