Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisor experience preferred.

• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Car wash or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees during daily shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Help train and coach team members.
• Monitor wash quality and ensure vehicles are cleaned properly.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Open and close the business when needed.
• Keep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean and organized.
• Monitor chemical levels, supplies, and inventory.
• Ensure employees are following company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage when needed.
• Help drive sales of memberships and wash upgrades.
• Communicate with management about any issues or concerns.
