Job summary

Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a skilled supervisor at Speeders Car Wash in Avon, CT to lead a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants and deliver an exceptional guest experience outdoors. The role requires 1+ year supervisory experience, strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends; bilingual is a plus.

• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives.
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards.
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability.
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner.
• Escalate concerns to Management and Human Resources when appropriate.
• Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard.
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be successful.

You will manage a team of highly trained, optimistic Advisors, Operators, and Attendants to provide exceptional guest service in a fun, interactive atmosphere. We need a dedicated team member that has experience in a supervisory role, and a willingness to learn the car wash industry.

Sign-On Bonus: $200+*

Sign-on bonuses starting at $200 are available for select positions and locations. Bonus amounts and payout schedules may vary.

General Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 16 years of age or older
• 40 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• Basic Computer Skills
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
• Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Capable (and willing) to work in both extreme outdoor weather elements – hot and cold

$23 - $23 an hour
