Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a dedicated leader to manage a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants at Russell Speeders Car Wash in Avon, CT. The role requires a high drive to win while maintaining integrity, and involves overseeing guest service in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

You will lead a team, drive sales initiatives, and ensure safety and quality standards, with expectations of a 50-hour work week including evenings and weekends. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience.
• Bilingual communication is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and 18+ years old.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives.
• Be the face of the organization and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; stay alert for hazards.
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and profitability.
• Resolve all customer and membership issues promptly.
• Recruit and coach team members to uphold company values and service standards.
