• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Assist in site operations, labor and profitability.
• Follow all guidelines and maintain equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe site and brand standards.
• Address equipment or mechanical issues promptly.
• Drive sales, memberships, and loyalty programs.
• Respond to congestion and ensure smooth flow.
