Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the car wash with Site Leader.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed daily.
• Assist with coaching, training and development of staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests at all times.
• Lead the team in Site Leader's absence.
• Help manage sales, labor and profitability.
• Address equipment and safety issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean site and brand standards.
• Support drive of memberships and loyalty programs.
