Circle K Stores Inc. is hiring for a store leadership role at Store 2709582 in Glendale, AZ.

You will recruit, onboard, train and coach staff, schedule shifts, and ensure customer satisfaction and safety procedures are followed. This position focuses on growing sales, managing P&A metrics, and maintaining strong team engagement while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced outdoor car wash environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role.
• Candidates from big box environments, auto industry, car wash, or lube store encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ability to successfully recruit and onboard new employees.
• Train and coach staff.
• Schedule employee shifts with strict adherence to overtime policies.
• Perform activities around employee engagement, performance management, and recognition.
• Maintain a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability.
• Manage operating P&A metrics and understand how expenditures/costs impact margins and pricing.
• Ensure customers are satisfied and inquiries are resolved promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with vehicle damage claim procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
