Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
• Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role. Supervisory or assistant manager experience in a big-box environment, auto industry, car wash or lube store is encouraged.
• Must have an unexpired Driver's License and be willing to undergo an MVR check after offer.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff, schedule shifts, manage overtime compliance, and support engagement and performance.
• Grow sales and site profitability by optimizing operations and pricing.
• Oversee P&L metrics and control expenditures to protect margins.
• Resolve customer inquiries and incidents promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and vehicle damage claim processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
