Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a full-time store leadership candidate for our East Dundee location at 102 Dundee Ave, East Dundee, IL 60118.

The role emphasizes recruiting, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and driving sales while maintaining strong customer service and safety standards in a car wash environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of retail experience with at least one year in a management role, plus a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
• Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role.
• Candidates with supervisory or assistant manager experience from a Big box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply.
• For this position, an unexpired Driver’s License is required.
• Additionally, a motor vehicle record check “MVR” will be run on the successful candidate post-offer.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff, schedule shifts, and manage engagement and performance.
• Grow sales volume and site profitability.
• Manage operating P&L and monitor costs and pricing impact.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
• Enforce approved safety procedures and vehicle damage claim processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
