Job summary

Autowash Car Washes is seeking a Facility Manager to own the upkeep, safety, and customer readiness of one or more locations. You will oversee exterior appearance, grounds, lighting, signage, and building condition to reflect brand standards.

The role includes basic maintenance support, proactive issue identification, and professional interaction with customers on site while representing the company with a fleet vehicle between sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications as described: technical training preferred; education in progress or experience may be considered.
• Must have PC and Android/tablet familiarity; basic networking, PLCs, VDFs, and reset procedures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening procedures, daily checklists, and visual inspections.
• Maintain parking lots, wash bays, vacuums, and all customer-facing areas.
• Remove trash and debris; pressure wash surfaces; landscaping upkeep.
• Inspect for hazards or deterioration (signage, lighting, pavement).
• Perform seasonal tasks (salt prep, snow removal monitoring, weed control).
• Report issues with detailed tickets and photos.
• Observe wash system behavior and note downtime symptoms.
• Complete light preventative tasks (vacuum troubleshooting, hose repairs).
• Complete weekly soap inventory and restock orders.
