Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Facility Manager for Autowash locations in Denver. You will oversee full upkeep, safety, and customer readiness, with complete property ownership to ensure the building, grounds, and all customer touchpoints reflect Socket.dev brand standards.

You will maintain exterior appearance, signage, lighting, landscaping, and building condition, proactively identifying issues and logging repairs to keep sites clean, inviting, and fully operational for customers.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related experience preferred.
• Technical training in building maintenance is a plus.
• Experience with landscape or grounds maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening procedures, daily checklists and inspections.
• Maintain parking lots, wash bays, vacuums, and customer areas.
• Inspect and address safety, lighting, and signage issues.
• Perform seasonal tasks and report issues with detailed tickets.
• Interact professionally with customers and maintain brand standards.
