Job summary

Circle K in Romeoville, IL is seeking an experienced retail leader to serve as store manager in the absence of the Site Manager. You will oversee ordering, stocking, training, schedule creation, and customer relations in a dynamic car wash environment.

Three+ years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities are required; Big Box or auto industry experience is encouraged. Circle K offers competitive pay and benefits in a busy outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of retail experience with supervisory/management responsibilities.
• Big Box, auto, car wash, or lube store supervisory experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Act as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Order and stock vending supplies.
• Train new hires and openings/closings procedures.
• Teach Fast Pass sales techniques to the team.
• Respond to voicemails and emails promptly.
• Create effective staff schedules.
• Oversee car wash vacuum system operation and maintenance.
• Assist with on-site supervisor courses and PM checks.
