Job summary

GO Car Wash in Raymore, MO is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily car wash operations at a fast-growing site, help hire, train, coach teammates, and ensure safety and service standards.

You’ll work with the Site General Manager to meet inventory, equipment, site, and safety standards, manage team, resolve customer claims, and enjoy an outdoor, active role with competitive benefits including health, PTO, and free car washes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of management experience in a service-related business.
• Car wash experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site General Manager with all daily car wash operations.
• Help hire, train, coach, and develop teammates to perform their jobs well.
• Ensure inventory, equipment, site, service and safety standards are met to deliver a consistent car wash experience.
• Address customer claims when they occur and maintain high customer satisfaction.
