Qualifications

• Car wash experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site General Manager with all daily car wash operations and contribute to the continued success of the site.
• Help with hiring, training, coaching, and developing Teammates to perform their jobs well and grow responsibilities.
• Uphold inventory, equipment, site, service and safety standards to deliver a convenient, consistent car wash experience for customers.
• Address customer claims when they occur and ensure a positive customer experience.
