Job summary

GO Car Wash in Texas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help run a busy site and support the Site General Manager in daily operations. You will ensure service quality, maintain safety standards, and drive a positive customer experience on-site.

You will also participate in hiring, training, coaching, and developing teammates to grow responsibilities while delivering strong sales and service. This is an active outdoor role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of management experience in a service-related business.
• Car wash experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site General Manager with daily car wash operations.
• Help hire, train, coach, and develop teammates.
• Ensure inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards.
• Address customer claims and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors and engage with customers on site.
