LUV Car Wash is seeking a Shift Supervisor to guide guests and vehicles through the car wash process while promoting membership options. You will oversee opening/closing procedures, supervise staff, and maintain a safe, clean environment for customers.

Responsibilities include assisting customers at kiosks, promoting memberships, and ensuring adherence to policies. This role requires reliability, outdoor work capability, and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and the ability to communicate clearly with guests.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills to supervise and coordinate staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct guests and vehicles onto the car wash conveyor and discuss membership options.
• Open and close operations and supervise daily duties to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Assist customers at self-service kiosks and promote LUV memberships.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Follow all LUV policies and procedures.
