Job summary

LUV Car Wash in San Diego is seeking a Shift Supervisor to direct guests and vehicles onto the car wash conveyor, discuss membership options, and supervise opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations. You will maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and lead a frontline team outdoors.

You will also assist customers at self-service kiosks, market membership options, and uphold company policies in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Physical ability to move equipment and tools
• Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
• Professional in appearance and attitude
• Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Attention to safety and hazards

Responsibilities

• Direct guests and vehicles onto car wash conveyor and discuss membership options
• Open/Close operations daily and supervise daily duties
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers
• Assist customers at self-service kiosks on property
• Market and brand the LUV membership options
• Follow LUV policies and procedures
