Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to guide guests and vehicles onto the car wash conveyor and promote membership options. You will open/close daily operations and supervise team tasks, ensuring a safe, clean environment for all customers.

Responsibilities include assisting customers at kiosks, marketing memberships, and handling miscellaneous duties as needed. This role reports to the General Manager and requires professional presentation and reliability.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older preferred.
• Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds.
• Able to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Professional in appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Direct guests and vehicles onto the car wash conveyor and discuss membership options with customers.
• Open/close operations daily and supervise daily duties.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all customers.
• Market and brand the membership options.
• Assist customers at self-service kiosks.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
