Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a Shift Supervisor to guide guests and vehicles onto the car wash conveyor, promote memberships, and oversee opening/closing operations and daily tasks. You will ensure a safe, clean environment for customers and supervise staff across shifts.

The role requires standing for long periods, outdoor work in all weather, and a professional appearance. The position reports to the General Manager and offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older preferred.
• Physical ability to move equipment and tools as needed.
• Must be able to lift min 30 pounds.
• Professional in appearance and attitude.
• Able to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Attention to safety and hazards.

Responsibilities

• Direct guests and vehicles onto the car wash conveyor and discuss membership options.
• Open/Close operations daily and supervise daily duties.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all customers.
• Assist customers at self-service kiosks on the property.
• Market and brand the LUV membership options.
