Job summary

WashU Car Wash in Wheaton, IL is seeking an entry-level Shift Lead to oversee daily operations on your assigned shift.

You will supervise and coach team members, ensure fast, high-quality service, resolve customer questions, and promote memberships and premium services while keeping the facility clean and safe.

We offer flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), on-site training, and the chance to earn commissions with monthly wash membership sales.
