Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and quality standards
• Supervise, assign tasks, and coach team members
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues
• Promote and upsell memberships and premium services
• Monitor equipment and wash processes; report/address issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
• Perform basic operational tracking (sales, cars serviced, incidents) and support inventory needs
