Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to work weekends.
• Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
• Enforces all safety policies.
• Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
• Assist your Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
• Able to clean out solenoids.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and explain wash options.
• Ensure customer inquiries are addressed and issues reported promptly.
• Complete car wash attendant duties as required.
• Troubleshoot basic DRB/XPT issues per DRB protocol.
• Attend preventative maintenance training and 5 Day PM course.
• Report to work on time and follow dress code.
• Advancement requires minimum 6 months as CWA.
