Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Car Wash Attendant to provide excellent customer service and explain wash options at our Phoenix location. You will greet customers, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction while following safety protocols.

The role requires basic knowledge of car wash processes, ability to troubleshoot common equipment, and willingness to perform maintenance tasks, with shifts including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication and active listening.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt customer service and explain wash options.
• Greet customers and answer questions.
• Report inquiries and incidents promptly.
• Troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues per DRB protocol.
• Attend preventative maintenance training and complete 5 Day PM.
• Open/close procedures and basic duties.
• Work weekends and support the Site Manager when off site.
• Enforce all safety policies and understand chemical room equipment.
