This hands-on role requires strong leadership, a focus on safety, and accountability for daily operations, equipment, and inventory while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Outdoor, active role in all weather conditions.
• Frequent physical activity is required (bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles).
