Car Spa, Inc. is seeking a Car Wash Second Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and First Assistant Manager in daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure customers leave happy with vehicles spotless.

You will supervise staff, maintain safety standards, manage equipment and inventory, and help drive profitability while delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced outdoor setting. This role is ideal for hands-on individuals looking to grow.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
