Job summary

Car Spa, Inc. in Eldridge, Texas is seeking an ambitious Car Wash Seconds Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure customers leave happy and vehicles spotless.

You will stand in as Manager-on-Duty in the GM’s absence and help coach staff. This entry-level leadership role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, outdoors in all weather, with performance bonuses and employee discounts as you develop your career.

Qualifications

Position Overview

As a Car Wash Seconds Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager and First Assistant Manager in daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure customers leave happy and vehicles spotless.

What We're Looking For

• Entry-level: No prior management experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver's license

• Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)

Work Environment

• Outdoor, active role in all weather conditions
• Frequent physical activity is required (bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles).
