Job summary

Gas N Wash is seeking a Car Wash Sales Representative to greet customers, promote unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades, and explain wash packages. You will meet monthly targets while delivering friendly service.

You'll work outdoors, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and participate in paid training. The role offers an hourly wage starting at $18 plus uncapped commission, with growth opportunities within the company.

The Impact You'll Make

As a Car Wash Sales Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and persuasive voice that connects customers to our services. You’ll help drivers discover the value of our unlimited wash plans, seasonal promotions, and premium upgrades — turning first-time visitors into loyal members. Your work will directly fuel our growth and keep our customers coming back.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
• Educate customers on the benefits of different wash packages and add-ons.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Assist with light operational tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Learn to direct vehicles safely into car wash tunnel ensuring safe and smooth operations.
• Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash including the landscaping.
• Learn the processes of handling chemicals safely.
• Basic computer skills.

Requirements

• Open availability including weekends is required.
• The ability to work efficiently outdoors in all 4 seasons.
