Circle K in Phoenix is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the Tunnel Wash BU and support Site Manager duties. You will train staff, ensure customer service excellence, and manage shift coverage in a fast-paced car wash environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
• Experience with team building.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach staff; engage employees and recognize performance.
• supervise shifts and cover Site Manager duties when needed.
• Perform duties of CSR, S1, S2 per guidelines and standards.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve issues.
• Ensure customer inquiries, incidents and issues are resolved promptly.
• Report incidents to Site Manager.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and vehicle damage claim processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain open availability and work opposite shift from Site Manager.
