The role requires basic troubleshooting, safety awareness, and dependable weekend availability in an outdoor car wash setting. This position involves assisting the Site Manager with equipment repairs, participating in maintenance, and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to work weekends.
• Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
• Enforces all safety policies.
• Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
• Assist your Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
• Able to clean out solenoids.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and explain wash options available.
• Troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues following DRB Protocol.
• Attend preventative maintenance training and complete 5 Day Preventative Maintenance.
• Report to work on time and follow the dress and appearance code.
• Support Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and report inquiries or incidents promptly.
