Job summary

Wallis Companies is hiring a BriteWorX Manager in Florissant, Missouri to run our car wash operations efficiently, promote cash wash sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a team alongside Brite WorX Associates, ensure cleanliness, asset protection, and adherence to cash/asset handling procedures while spending significant time outside the facility.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and financial awareness to meet sales, expense, and profit

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in retail, car wash, or customer service.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach staff.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate car wash to achieve sales, expense, and profit goals.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, image, and wash quality.
• Maintain membership database and ensure billing accuracy.
• Protect company assets through daily cash handling and reporting.
• Develop staff schedules and manage labor costs.
• Work 40+ hours weekly with some evenings/weekends.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Respond to customer complaints and safety issues.
