Wallis Companies in Creve Coeur, MO is seeking an enthusiastic BriteWorX Assistant Manager to support daily car wash operations, promote promotions, and help deliver a high-quality customer experience. This role assists the Manager, helps supervise staff, and spends substantial time outside with the team to ensure efficiency and safety.

You will work alongside BriteWorX Associates, promoting cash wash sales, handling deposits, and maintaining inventory while upholding company image and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail, car wash or related field preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of the car wash to meet sales, expense and profit goals.
• Assist Manager in maintaining cleanliness, safety, image, and wash quality.
• Monitor equipment and facility and complete deposits and paperwork timely.
• Maintain inventories and assist in managing shifts and schedules.
• Communicate promotions and goals to employees and customers.
• Respond to customer concerns and report issues to management.
• Support training and development of staff and ensure safety policies are followed.
