Prime Car Wash Jacksonville is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations at our Florence, KY wash location. You will guide staff, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences by coaching the team to deliver top-notch service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash facility.
• Manage opening and closing procedures of the wash location.
• Coach and mentor employees to enhance wash quality.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales, labor, detailing, and management.
• Oversee wash equipment operations and ordering of supplies.
• Operate POS systems and related software.
