Job summary

LUV Car Wash in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Assistant General Manager to support site operations, build a winning team, and drive our mission forward.

Reports to General Manager; FLSA status: Non-Exempt. Responsibilities include directing cars into wash tunnels, inspecting vehicles, maintaining facility cleanliness, managing inventory, safety procedures, customer escalations, and recruiting/developing teams to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service and team leadership is preferred.
• 1 year car wash experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct cars into the wash tunnels.
• Perform visual inspections of vehicles before washing.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor inventory and assist with orders.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate teams to deliver the mission.
• Follow cash handling procedures, including daily reconciliations and deposits.
