Prime Car Wash Jacksonville is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations at our Noblesville location. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure top service quality. This role is a steppingstone toward general management as we expand.

You will lead by example, partner with your team, and own all aspects of the wash, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of operation.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of leadership/management experience.
• Experience driving sales and managing employee relations.
• Customer service excellence and team mentoring.
• Willingness to learn car wash equipment operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash facility.
• Manage opening and closing procedures of the wash location.
• Coach and mentor employees to improve wash quality.
• Engage with customers to build lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate proficiency across roles including sales and management.
• Manage wash equipment operations and ordering of supplies and chemicals.
