Dickys Car Wash Peru is looking for a hands-on team member to run daily wash operations and deliver excellent customer service at our Peru, IN location. You will help implement workflow, supervise staff, and ensure smooth operation of express wash processes throughout shifts.

The role requires high school education, physical stamina for standing and outdoor work, and a willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities
