Dickys Car Wash in Peru, IN is seeking a dedicated team member to operate the daily car wash, deliver excellent customer service, and follow workflow procedures under the Site Manager. This full-time/part-time role supports smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

The position involves supervising staff, addressing customer concerns, and helping manage schedules, safety standards, and daily budgets. Training is provided, with flexible schedules and benefits available.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings.

• Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes.
• Smooth out problems within the workplace.
• Address employee and customer concerns.

• Email and phone correspondence.
• Liaise between managers, customers and employees.
• Provide direction to staff.
• Monitor spending patterns and budget.
• Fill in for Site Manager (GM) in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings and provide accountability.
• Organizing shift schedules for team members
• Monitoring attendance, tardiness and time off
• Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills
• Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
• Managing employees' requests and transgressions
• Training new and current team members on tasks
• Handling customer issues and managing conflicts
• Adhering to company policies and safety procedures
• Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits
• Performs all other duties as requested
