Dickys Car Wash is seeking a customer-focused team member to operate daily car wash activities and support customer service excellence. This role includes supervising staff, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow under the Site Manager's direction.

The position requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Full-time or part-time openings are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate meetings.
