DICKYS CAR WASH is seeking a capable Operations Leader to run daily car wash operations and deliver excellent customer service at the Logansport site. You will implement workflow procedures per the Site Manager and oversee staff, handling customer issues and ensuring smooth workflow.

The role requires supervising teams, coordinating duties, and maintaining safety and quality standards while promoting efficiency and a positive guest experience. Full-time or part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and professional attitude.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and coordinate meetings and shift schedules.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide direction to staff.
