Job summary

DICKYS CAR WASH in Peru, IN is hiring for multiple team roles including leadership positions. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and manage wash processes with safety in mind.

Candidates should be energetic, reliable, and capable of working outdoors in varying weather. Positions available as full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Organize shift schedules and manage team assignments.
• Monitor attendance, tardiness and time off.
• Supervise staff and assist with tasks as needed.
• Handle customer issues and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare deposits.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the facility.
• Greet customers and explain wash services; process payments.
• Train new team members and ensure policies are followed.
