Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Car Wash Assistant Manager in Brooklyn Park, MN. You will lead the site in the manager’s absence and oversee training, scheduling, and customer service excellence.

You will train new hires, supervise PM tasks, and assist with on-site supervisor courses while ensuring efficient car wash operations and safety. A background in retail management is preferred and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or preferred.
• Experience in retail and management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Order and stock vending supplies.
• Train new hires and onboarding using opening/closing checklists.
• Teach Fast Pass sales techniques to the team.
• Create effective staff schedules and manage time appropriately.
• Respond to voicemails and emails promptly.
• Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses and PM training.
• Supervise teammates completing PM and assess additional training needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation and perform cleaning as needed.
• Contribute to monthly team meetings and daily breakdowns.
