Job summary

Gas N Wash LLC is seeking a Car Wash Sales Representative to greet customers, promote unlimited wash memberships, and upsell upgrades. You will guide customers through wash packages, meet sales targets, and perform light operational tasks to ensure a positive experience.

The role requires an outgoing personality, willingness to work outdoors in all weather, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Team player attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Open availability including weekends is required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.
• Work outdoors in all 4 seasons.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm.
• Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and upgrades.
• Educate customers on wash packages and add-ons.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering great service.
• Assist with light operational tasks to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Direct vehicles safely into the car wash tunnel.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and landscaping.
• Learn safe handling of car wash chemicals.
